I've heard that New Delhi vo is bit slow in processing, anybody has idea ,How long does it take for Medical after AOR because in 2nd half of last year,i had ma medical check up & i found i had hi cholesterol n low phosphorous level n sometimes ma Bp fluctuates.albeit i'm repeating ma blood test within 1 or 2 days but still m worried..

Nothing to worry.

You might be having Low HDL, High LDL & triglycerides. Just do your 1 hour exercise everyday Morning/Evening and stop oily and salted stuff.

Mild running/Jogging and use of stairs regularly give good results within 4 to 6 weeks.

You will be fine by the time you will get your MR.

Nothing to worry.

i tried these things like exercise but i couldn't make it on regular basis n i don't like fried hence once in a month hardly i consume ..therefore its matter of worry for me...

Bottom Line is that your ECG should be normal under all conditions otherwise unnecessary delays will happen because of additional tests & consents required from Cardiologist.
