Hello guyz,
First of all I want to thank you all the senior members for help and congratulations to all who got visas for this fall.
Coming to the point, air fares are increasing day by day this month and I'm already late for flight booking so pls guyz suggest me
some low cost airlines between 20-30 august.

Also I want to know whether we require transit visa to travel via USA or not.

You can search http://matrix.itasoftware.com/ , farecompare.com, tripadvisor.com for searching fares. But at this time most of the economic seats are booked so your chances of lower fares are slim. The more transit time and stoppages a flight will have the lower fare it will be. You would require a transit visa worth 160$ for traveling via USA. I think the flight which will go through USA will have lower price comparing others but the main problem would be transit visa. Book a ticket within shortest time so you have a choice now and keep searching for better ones . Because the more you wait the more you lose opportunity. Qatar , Jet Airways have lower fares.

Travelling via USA requires a transit VISA, there is no exception. If you fail to obtain a transit, they will deport you back to india

Remember that airline fares change through out the day, the best time to book a ticket is between 10pm and 3 am on weekdays avoid mondays and fridays to the most..

By the way if you book now the tickets would cost anywhere between Rs.89,990/--Rs.117,000/-, the lowest being on 28/8/13, its a wednesday and prices are usually expected to be lower on wednesday.

Try searching for prices tonight after 10pm, visit farecompare.com, it gives a comparison of five websites' air fares at a time.

here the best deal right now.....at Rs.75,000 on 30/8/13 this is the lowest fare right now...check after 10 for the same date on makemytrip.com and take an initiative....

on 30/8/13, goibibo.com and makemytrip.com have the lowest fares, check before booking..all the best
