If paying the incorporation fee of $300 is a roadblock in incorporating, then you probably want to research how much it costs each year to keep your companies charter active with the province and filing your yearly T2 . Which if you use an accountant can run up to $1000

I was like you some accountants will quote you some crazy amounts while others will charge you as low as $25-50. plus incorporation fee!

I have seen many websites on the internet that can form companies. Just wondering how they are doing this? It seems like they are using the company's house API but can’t find anything on how they do it.

Any ideas?
