I sent the application on the 28th of May and they returned it today. So it was 3 days.
Pretty fast

Try to get your new profile set up as quickly as you can. You stand a good chance of getting another ITA in the next draw so with a bit of luck, you could have your next application submitted very quickly.

That way your incomplete application didnt cost you a lot of extra time.

All the best!

Thank you for the encouragement!
I'm applying again today! Hoping it will be fast!
All the best

Make sure to mention in your new profile that you applied to IRCC before and give the file no of your last application.

If they ask single document and it has supporting document, it is always good to add these supporting documents to your application. Or at-least write LoE (letter of explanation) and clear your situation.

I even gave references from "Wikipedia" in my application, where institute name changes, city name changes.. etc.

Andre, I am in a dilemma to submit my application with incomplete documentation or not? I received an NOI and post that I created a profile on OINP portal. Due to less research, I didn't keep the docs. ready before creating the profile on OINP portal.
Now I have the deadline day after tomorrow(14 days timeline thing) and am unable to manage all the docs yet. So not sure what to do in this situation.

Please suggest.
