If your husband is the sponsor for you, then he will need to send in Option C printout from CRA.

What you need is in the document checklist. It clearly says Option C, original, and proof of employment is good to include. Paystubs don't hurt either

He needs to continue trying to reach CRA as the Option C is a requirement, per the checklist. He also needs a letter from his employer anyway, as it is also a requirement.
