Hello,

can my soon Husband (he is Canadian Citizen and sponsoring me) claim me on his Income Taxes ? We are living together for over 1 year now and soon we get married. Thank you in advance.

As of the date you reached 12 months of living together, he should have changed his status with CRA from "single" to "common-law" for tax purposes.
Starting in the tax year you reached 12 months, he can then claim you under the "spouse or common-law partner" line of tax return. What (if any) tax credit this would give him depends on your income earned in that year (in Canada or elsewhere).
