if you experience delay in your case then stick to this statement that you are not in their priority list. I dont know why its hurting you so much. there are applicants here in this forum who have been waiting since 2004. you can however ask for an withdrawal before IN PROCESS.

buddy everything is available on internet...i am sure he does'nt know more than you do what you need in your line of work....so my humble suggestion is try looking for things for your own which you can instead of getting dependant on each and everything...thats what i feel you should do...no offence.

Could you please suggest me that i should make a quarry regarding the above issue and present status? do you have any information that how long i have to wait, what's the difference between 38 category and 29 category. why we are suffering dear..........

as per my understanding, your eligibility review has not been completed yet. once, review has been completed you will get the line:
"we review your application and strated processing from day/month/year (date)"
you can expect to get your MR only after getting above line...
I will advice you not to make any query regarding this since you will not get any reply

credential assessment of academic certificate is not needed during visa processing. At first get your visa, then you can think about it
