No - you can't. Couriers have IDs that allow them into the building. A normal person doesn't have ID and won't be allowed into the building. Again, sending by mail or courier is the only option.3hm said:The instructions is to send by mail or courier only.

I dont think its impossible, I just dont think they would be willing to accommodate this request, you can always call and find out though.
