Hi, we put our American car on goods to follow, and
are in the process of deciding if we even want to keep this
car depending on how expensive it will be to get back on the road
after exporting/ importing it. It needs work, the check engine light is
on , we have no idea why , it doesn't seem to be impacting the car, it might be
simple, it might be huge.. we don't know yet. There are other things wrong that
need fixing before any safety would ever be issued as well. Plus daytime running lights
need to be installed *thats 250.00 right there* the car is a 2003.
Our question is this.. how long do we have before our Goods to Follow for the car expires?
We asked at the border agent and he said it was a grey area.....
Anyone know the answer?
Thanks very much
