EDIT: Ok, so you have a 2014 Camry? I assume there is a "DRL Off" switch? All you need is a short to bypass that switch so they stay on even if you switch it. Very simple actually, not sure what those guys are smoking at the shop you went to.

However, if you are not tech savvy, I suggest asking around for someone to do it for you, or just pay the shop.

I went to the Toyota dealership and they helped me change the switch. Took my car to CT and they certified as Pass - Thank God. Completed RIV inspection successfully. Thank you guys for your guidance all thru.

Hi gprasad, Can you please tell how much Toyota dealship charged you approximately for this?
Also, Did CT charge you anything again when you went to RIV inspection again back to CT after change by Toyota to fix DRL?
