Need help to reapply for visitor visa...

I m student here in India and applied for canada tourist visa to have a visit to my sister but they rejected my visa stating that i will not return back. . I had previously history of travelling in usa on student visa but i return back after some months due to some family problem nd now staying permanently in my hometown . But still by seeing this that i return to my homecountry from usa they rejected me.I had even show that i m the student here and will come back after these summer vacations . please help.what should i do now to hv more chances of getting visa???.

I have my inlaws visa got refused recently.
The two things they have said that we missing were

1) Travel History
2) No Sufficient funds.

From the above thread I understand that we have show proofs of real good property and bank balance, which I can do, as my inlaws have not put the info of all their properties. So we can increase that. But what can we do for the travel history. If they have not travelled outside country, and this is the first time they are planning a travel to Canada, what can be done ?

Can anyone suggest me some good immigration Lawyers whom I can get some suggestions before I re-apply.

brother whtever da thing is, the main thing which v have 2 prove is family tie- ups , if tie- ups r very very strong 2 home country dn dey nvr give refusal of travel history and all tht , add some more property to that bt still dnt hope anything, i did same, is showed property worth 4.5 crore and increased the bank balance almost thrice bt still i got refusal that i dnt hve sufficient funds 2 travel 2 canada n personal assets , so apply again bt still no 100% chances of visa
