Could someone tell me if for birth certificate our 10th class CBSE (In INDIA) certificate is enough, because when we were born , birth certificate were not made.

I have been using my 10th class certificate as proof of birth for all official documents.

Would the CIO return my file if i haven't send them a birth certificate?

hello, as far as i know we should fill out only forms that are applicable to us.

Hello, In Greece you can get a birth certificate at any time of your life. This must be applicable in your case too. My advice would be to call your local authorities dealing with these things and ask them.

I think i saw a post from an Indian (I hope you are also from India) that he attached the affidavit for proof of birth that municipality is unable to find the record of that particular person so so seeing his/her educational documents it is certified that his/her DOB is such and such. I think you should contact you VO for this.

At least you have to give the reason for not attaching birth certificates. So affidavit you should do this.

I think 5562 is must.There is no need to fill others as you are single.

At least you have to give the reason for not attaching birth certificates. So affidavit you should do this.

the only problem now is that i have send my papers to CIO ...(they haven't reached as yet)...but could i just send my birth certificate separately ..say tomorrow giving my reference ..... Could that be possible!!! Does CIO accept these kinds of things!! :'(

They will not accept any document now until they ask you to do so.
One of the member of this forum missed to include proof of relationship in Canada and he e-mailed CIC for these documents to send now but he received a reply from CIC saying that we will not accept any document now until we review your application. So i think you should too e-mail CIC for the missing document right now and tell them that you have the missing document in hand now. and I want to send them when I can do this? I hope you will get a positive reply..

yes you have to attached birth certy In case of any difficulty than u have to make affidavite or make some note from authority that ur certy is noot available

i filed my application on the 20th of august 2011. i have a query n wud appreciate if someone can answer it for me.
as proof of relationship i submitted the copies of marriage certificate of my mother and my maternal uncle.
i submitted the high school certificate for both persons which shows the name of their father.
i submitted the university degree for both persons which again shows the name of their father.
i submitted the copy of credit card invoice n one utility bill of my uncle which shows his name n address.
my question is if these documents are enuff or birth certificates are mandatory.

i have been to australia on student visa....now i have to get pcc for FSW file.

one question is that i have not paid credit cards amount to company and i lost my visa case in federal court of australia then i had to pay some mone to australian court and i have not paid ............so this is crime or not and this will affect on my pcc or not...

sid{ same name , i guess!!} i would suggest try to arrange a birth certificate . Talk to any nursing home{ if in india } to make a new birth certificate . you would get max in a month . As document required suggest birth certificate , try to arrange one .

What do you mean by arranging a birth certificate? (arranging=fake?)
