yes im sending the app and paying for the exstention and also sending the money for the work permit the only reson i didnt do the passport pics that way is because i dont know if CIC will accept them like that

Ok...as long as you know that you have to submit the visitor extension too, before your status expires. Why didn't you mention that earlier? ???

Taking a [good] photo is basically a scan of the image, right?

I haven't seen the photo requirements for the pilot program OWP, (didn't even know they needed a photo) so maybe they need something better.

ok how can i do it online if i have the pics in my hand?

You have to scan ur pics or click a photo of it ( I doubt the quality will be good enough), there is no other option. In some shops, they give u a digital version of your pics in a pen drive.
