Immunization records for School admission

Hi - does anyone know what kind of immuniztion records one needs to have for school admission for children? Is the local hospital (Apollo Bangalore in my case) record sufficient in my case? Or we need to take some fresh written proof from hospital or some doctor for the same?

This is a provincial matter so it may vary. In Ontario any record should suffice or alternatively you can get an exemption for philosophical reasons (this is meant for those not given vaccines, but can also be useful if you dont have all their records)

I don't know but it has to be somewhere as I know Qorax has advised others about it. Have you read through the whole thread or tried a search for it on forum? Good luck.
