No. You'll need to apply individually.

Hi,

You won't get points for your spouses work experience. You get education and language points to a maximum of 30 points from your spouse.

Foreign Work experience maxes out at 3 years. Other factors which determines who should be the PA are age, education and language skills. Based on these, you have to decide whether you or your husband has the edge over the other.

You can also create 2 profiles one in which you are the principal applicant and another in which your husband is. Who ever has the better chance based on the score should be the primary applicant. All the best.

First you need to have an employment letter that clearly states: duration of employment i.e. from MM-DD-YYYY to XXXXXX, number of hours of employment, job title/position and most importantly JOB DUTIES according to the duties listed under the NOC code(s) you are claiming points for.

Secondly, you bank statement(s) should have the required amount based on the number of applicants. I don't think it is mandatory for you to have the money in the account in which you receive your salary (if I understand what you mean).

High school degree won't earn you enough points. If he has an higher degree like a diploma, BSc., then it can be evaluated. I think between you and your husband who ever has the highest degree, work experience, IELTS/TEF/whatever acceptable language test you decide to take should stand as the primary applicant. You can start by using the CRS score calculator (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp) to obtain your possible score if you or your husband stand as the primary applicant.

Thank you.. I will be the primary applicant. Evaluation from WES adds 50 points to CRS score right, so after calculating my score , its 420. But the cutoff score nowadys is around 460 so i would have slim chance of getting a PR..
Thank you for your time and in depth reply to my question.
