I hope they announce the new rules soon, it been almost an year now

Same here, it takes so long and did you see, it is now that they provide remedy for those who were refused PGWP.

Did you watch the link for the video on Brampton Townhall, Sept 1 posted by someone in the thread, IRCC seminar today? There were 2 videos and this time it was complete; The guy was insisting with same questions and McCallum quite irritated said that "we will announce it when we want". Mccallum was clear when he said fall starts on Sept 21 rather than ends.

On Nov 1, they will announce the level but it was not mentioned they will make the announcement for reforms. The fall ends in December. Any thoughts?
