Do I need to list USA Tourist Visa as immigration status ?
I did my education in USA (Year 2006-2011)...do I have to mention that under Immigration status and later it changed to Work Status (Year 2011-2013) then changed to Visitor Status? ..Please Clarify...does these have to be listed as Current or during Eligibility Period?

I was on Student Visa (2006-2011)the stamping was on my Stolen Passport) which I don;t have it anymore.
Landed as PR in 2012. That time I had Work Permit (Visa H1B) in USA

I can't access the citizenship at the moment to see what they ask you exactly. But work visa and student visa are non-immigration status.

I would list your student / work (H1B) US visas. But not the Visitor status.

I am listing my wife's TD US Visa even though it is outside her 5 year eligible period. The question does say "Have you ever had...". Note that it does not say "in the past 5 years...."

Application specifically list Status (eg student, employment/worker, refugee, PR or citizen)

Theres so much ambiguity in the form..since everything in the form is based on eligibility period ..including Current..It wouldnt matter alot
