immigration quebec lost CSQ forms

I have sent forms to immigration quebec for CSQ application(sposoring wife) a month ago but didnt get any response from them.
I called to find out how come no response since been more than 5 weeks and was told that my file was lost and I have to resubmit the forms by fax to redo the request.
But I have received a letter from embassy in ankara giving me 30 days to fill out the request for csq but now due to resubmitting the csq request I am scared will not be within the dealine given by embassy.
Can they close y file in ankara if quebec immigration dont send the answer to them in time for something that is not my fault?

Hi,

I would resend everything as fast as I can, fax as well. My husband's csq took 1 day basically to process. I send the application april 17th, and the csq was sent may 1st.

I did fax them the documents but they didnt want me to mail them also so now waiting but want to call them every day.

send it again. they've lost my documents as well (for study permit)... and delivered them myself.

after 40 days waiting received this as incomplete due to this:

Well, did you include the sponsorship approval letter with your CSQ application? If not, just send them another copy (I hope you received it by email and can just print it out again...) And if you did include it, just send it again -- maybe they lost it :

The problem is they didnt send me a letter and only told me that the file was accepted and gave me a file number and than I called them a week back finally reaching them and they said they wil send it
but i think they keep sending it by email but i asked to be sent by mail
since the email i gave no more works
so I'm stuck since they want this letter and i cant reach cic keep saying callback

any help would be appreciated

Did you received the confirmation by email? If yes, why not printing it and sending it for csq? Your file # is on it.

I was expecting to receive everything by email, and i got a letter... Go figure.
