I am going to land with my CoPR.

At the time of landing I will have around $1500.

But I do plan to bring in around $30,000 money later, via wire transfer once I open a bank account in Canada.

So, when the immigration officer asks if I am bringing in more than $10,000 should I say yes or no?

Thank you

Answer: No,
Why? You would not be carrying > 10,000 at the time of landing.

For transparency, you can mention you are only carrying X amount with you, and later plan on sending the rest of your funds through a wire transfer.
