Immigration for adult family member

Hi I am wondering - which program can useful to apply for an adult (28 years old; brother) family member. He is single, well educated and has many years of experience. But other two siblings are here, so I want to apply for his PR just in case. I don't see his profession specifically under Federal skilled category. Also I live in ON with family- so will not qualify for any provincial family program. What is the recommended way in this scenario? Almost looks like - looking for job from there- What are the best options in that regard too?

You can't sponsor him. He will have to qualify independently through a program such as Express Entry or one of the Provincial Nomination programs. He or you will need to spend time on the CIC web site learning about these programs and understanding what requirements he has to meet to apply:
