Hi all!
I'm transgender woman (Male-to-Female post-op transsexual). I completely finished transition, and my friends usually know nothing about my past. I look like a really girl. I have a woman ID, woman University diploma, birth certificate, and another documents, but not all of them - unfortunately, I don't have woman school diploma. This paper has a boy name
We (I and my husband) are IT-specialists. He is senior developer, and I am the It engineer. We have a good skill and usually have lots of job offers in our country. Unfortunately, level of my English is poor (about pre-intermidiate), but my husband's is ok, he has a fluent English. He will be our main applicant. We looking for answers to questions about express entry immigration:
1) Should I tell about my changing sex to immigration officer?
2) Should I wrote about it in application forms?
3) Should I wrote my previous first and second names in application forms? Please note: I have woman birth certificate
4) What we need to do with my school diploma? Can we do nothing? I really no want to go in my school to changing document and get new paper with my new name & family.
5) Can I find a job in Canada with my level of English? If I work for food? ;D
How big our odds are? Probably, we will have 358 points. If conservatives not win elections in Canada, NDP and/or liberals will reduce passing score, is not it?
