I checked express entry, but there requires have any experience at work. I don’t have experience, our family having private bussiness on business license

It's not very clear what you are saying.

I'm not sure it's going to be possible for you to immigrate to Canada based on the information you have provided.

I tried to apply express entry, and received answer:
Not having valid language test (I newer did language test)
Language test score too low
Not having enough work experience (I’m in business from 2020)
Not having required education level (I finished 10classes)
Not having enough funds
About start up visa not sure, because need enough fund to open company there in Canada

You are not eligible for Express Entry unless you have post secondary education (ECA) and language scores of CLB 7 in each section. IRCC only accepts IELTS and CELPIP. You need a minimum of funds for the number of people in your family.

Look at PNP entrepreneurship programs but you will need hundreds of thousands of dollars in net worth, a business plan etc. Start up visa requires support from a business incubator or venture capitalists.

There is no easy type. You either immigrate through Express Entry, PNPs, or through Entrepreneur programs. For EE and PNPs, you need to be educated, excellent language skills, have funds, and have skilled work experience.
