IMMI and then STUDY Visa

i had applied to immigration to Canada before the last modification ,and my file had accepted and i got file number ,but i could not get high score in IELTS ,so i did not send the update and now i am applying to study visa ....

what is my situation now ?? will they refuse to give me study visa ?

dear you will need a ielts in study visa too!!! and also you have shown your intent to settling in Canada so prepare a solid answer why immigration earlier, why didn't u complete the process(I am sure u wont tell them this ielts reason) and why student visa now!!! just prepare your case accordingly. I feel in cases like yours you should have a well structured and well explained SOP which clarifies all the points.

in the check list for canadian embassy in abu dhabi ,they dont ask for IELTS ,and i got already the acceptance letter ,

Is it still important to send IELTS?

please check it again to be doubly sure because UAE is not a English speaking country so i don't think i would be exempted from ielts!!! By the way what is the level of your education??? I mean for which course r you going and in which university never asked for IELTS?
I think the only possibility can be a language course where you r going to study English itself!!
