Hi everybody!

I am little puzzled because I got an almost instant notice that my application for Express Entry was not eligible but I also scored 0 point which is not possible imo.

Here are my language score tests results:

French (first language): Listening: 341 Reading: 283 Writing: 450 Speaking: 450
English score: Listening: 9 Reading: 9 Writing: 7 Speaking: 8

I have sufficient funds, I am 30, I have got 2 years of full-time work (self-employed but I read that's okay and can justify), 3 years of part-time work.
I have an MBA.

I don't understand how I got denied, I feel like I should get at least the minimum score?
Do you get penalized if you don't have the ECA transcripts for your studies?

I am feeling really down right now I don't understand what could be wrong with my application.

Just get the ECA done. Looking through your qualifications you will score over 500 which is amazing. The cutoff scores nowadays are around 472 so you will have a solid profile especially that you are bilingual. Also, there's amazing news for bilinguals: They just updated the maximum points you can earn for a secondary language from 30 points to 50! See you in Canada! :D

I just saw that! This is awesome! I actually just received the ECA today and will re-apply tonight. Thank you all for your answers!
