IMM5713 form for BOWP

Hi,

I'm applying tomorow for BOWP together with my spouse. As application is online, does that form need to have real signatures, which means we fill it, sign it and then scan?

The same question is for IMM5710E form, do I need to sign it by hand?

No you do not need to sign it by hand. When you upload all documents and confirm it will take u to another page where u provide digital signatures i.e. Write your first and last name and your CIC account secret question's answer to verify its you.

But this for is additional one that spouse would need to sign to give me permission to apply for work permit on her behalf. Are you sure about that?

IMM5713E needs to be signed and scanned. This allows you to do the digital signature for IMM5710E on your spouse's behalf.
