IMM5669E - Question 8 - Work History

Hi,


the space provided isn't enough to include my work history...I am going to write it on an additional sheet and make a note (in hand) that the reviewing officers should refer to the addition sheet.

Did anyone else have this issue or resolve it like this or is there a better way to manage this?

There is nothing on this form that explicitly asks for 'work history'. You're referring to the 'Personal History' section, correct?

For my husband, yes, but for sponsor(me) work history. (I believe, I just know they needed both our work histories and I've worked a lot of jobs since I was 18!)

Just so we are clear, IMM5669 is for the sponsored person, not the sponsor.

This stuff is already confusing enough! You started me thinking that I, as the sponsor, also had to fill in IMM5669....but that is not right because this form is not for the sponsor.

Yeah when I didn't have enough room for all of the info on our paperwork I just typed it on a separate paper but make sure to add the form number and full name of the applicant... like on my stuff as the sponsor I put my name and on my husband's stuff as the applicant for sponsorship I put his name... and then add it to the back of the form that it is for... I'm pretty sure I read to do it that way in the directions form and the questions that had a typing place I just put as much of the info I could fit and just typed see attached paper and then numbered it and went on from there.
