imm5669E Form

Hi There,

I linked my application online and i got request to upload the documents for PCC and imm5669E. I filled form for imm5669E -SCHEDULE A BACKGROUND / DECLARATION. When i click validate on imm5669E, it shows validate completed.I am not sure why it shows validated no under office use only. Is that ok?

Do I also have to email/mail this forms to CIC? Is the IRCC web form same as cic login?

Probably a bug on the form as I has the same.

I'm going to upload with a explanation that it validated fine.

Same here.. the old version worked.. but the new ones introduced in June 2017 do not change the Validated field

Seems that mine did validate. Then typed into the signature panel and validate and it went NO then just stays NO.

Not sure these forms are very well tested.
