Hello all,

In form IMM5669, Section 8 - Personal history page, in the past 10 years, I have been visited (6months to 1 year) around 4 times for USA.
But deputed from my employer for client site. Do I need to state all the addresses and details of abroad?
or simply say my activity and my employer address is ok?

Please advise.

Well... if you were working in the USA, you were not "visiting." You have to list the address where you resided in Section 12, so yes, you would have to give the address details there (even if it was a hotel).

For section 8, I suggest you state state the activity, name and location of the client site in addition to listing the information for your employer (it's OK to have overlapping dates) - you can attach an explanation if you feel it necessary.

In few of the text area, If I type, can't able to fit within the space. Can I print the form then fill by hand? is that acceptable?

For additional details if the number of rows not enough, Can I print the particular page and fill the remaining details and attach? or Do I need to write only on the plain paper with my name/Form name and section?

Just wanted to confirm.

Yes, you can print and fill by hand. Or you can type and continue on the next line below.

If the rows are not enough, you can print more copies of the particular page and fill the remaining details or you can attach a separate sheet of paper.
