I am in same situation can you please confirm what you did ? For form IMM5604
Do we don't need to fill as wife ( PR) is with daughter and will accompany her.

Hi, Did you submit the IMM5604? My daughter's application has been returned and IRCC is asking for IMM5604 form. Me and my wife both have PR and I am in canada sponsoring our daughter, and my wife and daughter are in india and they both will be joining me after my daughters PR. I am not sure what to do. can anyone please help ?

Ok friend actually I filled a letter of explanation initlay while applying that why I am not filling this form IMM 5604
Till date I got no response
I got AOR
When did you fill application
What status it showing?
Are you able to link to track application?

When did you get AOR ? After how many months of submitting the application.
My application shows returned right now, they have not started processing it since they returned it to submit IMM5604. You did not fill IMM5604, right ? Just letter of explanation ?

I got within 1 month last month starting nov 2024
