For somebody living in Canada since 2022 with open worker visa, which trips to show?

From Canada to the country origin?

From country of origin to Canada?

None?

No trips to other countries happened during that period

You have to list every international trip you took for the last 10 years (or starting from the age of 18). That is for any country you visited regardless where you live or travelled from and to.

Well, the instructions say list travels except country of origin and so something like, though might be not what their mean.

So I assume something

1. Canada 2013.01.01 - 2014.01.01 365 day family visit (visited family member, sightseeing)
2. Country of origin 2014.01.01 - 2019.01.01 2555 days stayed in my place
3. Canada 2019.01.01 - 2021.01.01 1060 family visit (tourism, lockdown)
4. Country of origin 2021.01.02 - 2022.01.01 2555 days stayed in my place
5. Canada 2022.01.02 - 2023.11.15(now) 5000 day working

I assume I have to put the dates of departure, even if travel took several days

The instruction say trips outside of your country of origin or country you live in. The instruction isn't clear of what to consider the country "you live in" - I assume it's a permanent resident status or citizenship. While being on OWP, you are technically a temporary worker thus this is also a trip; working trip. Therefore I would not list time spend in the country of origin, but include full information about being in Canada on OWP.
