IMM5562 Supplemental travel forms

My friend submitted his application but got a message a few days ago from CIC requesting he complete a supplemental form for his travel history.

So we got the file opened but he needs 12 more lines than provided for his travel history.

I submitted my application in 2014 the paper/mail way. I just put the addition travels in excel and attached it. How have you guys done it with the online upload do you just merge it with an excel file and do a cover letter? any tips would be appreciated.

No cover letter. He only needs to print his name and the form's title in the additional sheet.

Yes, a single document.

Whether he wants to do it in excel or any other program that's up for your friend to decide.
