Hello,
I would like to know some suggestions from the experienced who have been working outside Canada exclusively prior to apply for PRV. We are applying for PRV outside Canada, and I would like to ask you some questions about IMM 5540 in sponsor part as following.
1) Q11- Give details of your plans to re-establish yourself in Canada, as my husband’s company cannot give him any specific letter for immigration purpose and cannot confirm where he will be relocated to the next location, but my husband has asked for returning to work in Canada. This process will take about 3-4 months to be transferred. The management and my husband have talked and verbally agreed, but this will not be formalized until the formal transfer request is made at that time. My question is if he writes the transferred like above, do you think it is likely to be rejected on sponsor part? If yes, would you please advise if there is any ways to write it better and CIC believes his intention of re-establishment (Not sure if his own letter and the letter from parents are enough for this part even though the work letter is not included).
2) My husband has received the Option C Printout, it was the most recent taxation year where he worked and paid tax in the past 5 years before. In addition, as he has been working outside Canada and paid tax in the countries where he has worked, and the tax payment is done by his company in each location, so I am unsure if he has to obtain these photocopies of tax payment from his company? He told me it was difficult to get the records, he could not ask the past records where he has worked from the previous locations, but only current one. Thus, I would like to know if the photocopies of payment slips would be ok to prove this or it is unnecessary. If he has to attach them. How many years does he have to attach?
I highly appreciate your reply.
Regards,
