Hi,

There is a question in form imm5532e that any of your relative lives in canada write down their name and address, My uncle and their whole family lives in canada, we have not good contacts with them or i dont want to write about them. Is it compulsory for me to write about them though i dont know about their address and even if i asked they wont give :P. So do i have option of not writing?

Too bad if you don't want to write about them. You have to mention them. If the address is unknown, you can try to write "unknown" and then explain that there is a family breakdown and no communication with them in a letter of explanation.

Nowhere in any application for PR do you have an option of "not providing" information that the form requests. To not provide information that the form requests is to misrepresent yourself, and is grounds for rejection of the PR application, exclusion from Canada, and a prohibition for five years on applying to be in the country.

If they are your real uncle then then u have to write . If they are cousuine of your mother/father then no need to mentioned.
