For 14 in Sponsor Document checklist(IMM5491).

I do have a marriage certificate.

Do I need to tick the checklist for marriage certificate or you only need to provide photocopy of marriage certificate(if married in Canada)?

I would be however providing marriage certificate under my spouse(PA) checklist.

We sent in a photocopy and when they asked for the passport they requested the original. We ended up getting it back when they returned the passport. So it's up to you if you want to send the original or not

I mean do I need to tick that checkbox in sponsor document checklist, as it clearly states:

"Photocopy of your marriage certificate, if you have a co-signer and he or she is your spouse."

My spouse is not a co-signer, so do I need to tick and provide marriage certificate from India?
