IMM5490E - Sponsored Spouse/Partner Questionnaire

Hi everyone,

I am asking about the form IMM5490. I am doing an outland application, but this form has a lot of questions (like "has your spouse visited you?") that imply that I am not in Canada with her.

But I'm applying outland while in Canada like so many people end up doing - any ideas as to what I should write here? :S

Have u been with her the entire time?

If not then write all the times she as visited you and then conclude by saying yo have been with her since xx date.

The next question I have you been to visit her, answer the same way just opposite travels.

Be honest and provide explanations if you can't answer th question a certain way.... A lot f our cases are different that way.

I've been with her the entire time since I arrived in Canada in June 2010, living with her since December 2010.
So we haven't really "visited" since I got here, and when I arrived in Canada was the first time we physically met.

For both questions about 'visiting' just explain your situation as you did here, but in more detail. Any time the question doesn't quite fit your situation, just explain your own circumstances. Attach another sheet of paper to the forms if necessary for a longer answer.
Make sure you are clear about how long you have been living together in Canada.
