Hey, we are applying out of Country, my Wife is from the UK, and is currently staying in Canada with me on an extended vacation.

q27 have we lived together? - we are going to say no and explain that we have stayed for weeks on vacations back and forth. is this right?
q28 is she living with me right now? - I don't know how to answer this, but I think yes she is. It has been 3 months, and will be another 3 at least if we don't try to extend her visa.
q29 is she living with someone else? - I assume no, but when back in the UK will be so in a sense is.

Let me know if this makes sense and if you have tips and advise on how to fill this out in our situation. Thanks a lot,
Rick and Laura

Say yes, you are living together. She is visiting Canada, but her residence is also here with you.
She is living with you. Her potential roommates or family members back in the UK that she would be living with if she moved back don't need to be mentioned.

For the question of whether you two have lived together, I would put yes, and then explain that you have stayed with each other during vacations, and that she is now visiting Canada and living with you. There is some dissent about this question, with some people only putting yes if they have lived together for a year or more. If you do say no, then at least attach a letter explaining that you have in fact lived together, but just during vacations and extended visits.

That is, yes or no could both be valid answers for this question. In both cases, explain. I choose to say yes because there are many appeal cases where the judge clearly stated that he or she expected stays of even a week, such as the honeymoon, to be mentioned here.
