IMM5481 Sponsor evaluation form

Hi I am planning to sponsor my wife.
In sponsorship evaluation form, there is a section called your net personal income where it's asking for three things.
1. Amount
2.12-month period starting
3.and ending

My question is. I am in Canada since las July'15 and I have started my job from Sep'15. So what date should I put in for 12-month period starting and ending period.
I did have a full time job and income in Australia where I used to live before.

Can anyone please help me with it.

As stated in the guide: Write your net personal income for the 12 months preceding the date of your application.

I really appreciate your response. Does that mean I have to provide my income from Australia as well.

If it's in the 12 months, then yes.
