You don't have to fill this form. Your PR application will be done at POE by the Immigration officer.

Hi, We are landing first time in canada. Do we need to pay fees of 50 dollor for Initial PR Card ? I am just reading IMM5444E & IMM5455 form its very confusing.

As you mentioned above we dont need to fill the form but on CIC website and in quorax blog it mentioned we need to fill this form.

please some one advise.

It has been informed in the next couple of pages (and manytime over) in those blogs that PR card Application Form is not required for a 1st time entrant.

Does this stay true in 2018 that we do not need to fill in IMM5444 and it will be filled at the Landing by the officer?
