IMM5257 Secured???????!!!!!

I have this problem right now.

I downloaded the pdf from the website, opened it in Acrobat Reader, but the document says that it's secured.
When I go to print the document, it says that it can't be printed because it's secured.

Incredibly frustrating.

what can i do?

Add Adobe Reader Extension on your Chrome Browser + Install it on your system
Once you click the link, it will open up in the extension with which you can open it on the app and save it.

I have no problem opening the file.

I have it all filled out, now I just need to print it, sign it and send it.

But the document, for some inexplicable reason, has a restriction on it, so it won't let me print it unless I remove the restriction, which requires a password.

I have the absolute newest version of the Acrobat reader.

and this goes for all the pdf's that I download.

So the main application, the document checklist and the photo requirement document are all "secured"
