IMM1294 form downloading and nothing

I need HELP. What am I missing ? I tried every browser Chrome, Safari, FireFox etc, also downloaded latest Acrobat Reader . Each time I try to download the IMM1294 from the Gov of Canada site after loggin to my account I get this lovely page with a message -
Please wait...
If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF
viewer may not be able to display this type of document.

I did wait for 5 minutes and nothing .....

Well if you are using mobile browser ifs notngoing to work.

Use a computer and dont open the link please right click and save as file and then open the pdf file this way it will work

I am not using the mobile browser. All done on the computer and I did as you suggested. Same thing after right-mouse click, after I save the document it is a pdf file with the same message .

Update your browser or adobe.
Try on internet explorer. It should work fine.

Provide me your email. I will send you the PDF copy of it.

selecting the file and using option with right-mouse-click Open with Arcobat Reader did the trick . Thank you !
