IMM 5669

hey guys, im having difflculty with this form.

in my check list it clearly says there is a validate button, but the version i download doesnt have this one.

so we have 2 version:

1-IMM 5669 (11-2018) E ---- this one has the validated button
2-IMM 5669 (06-2019) E ---- this one is the most recent but no validate button.

i think they messed up this one, because the checklist sends you to a version with no validation, but check list also states you have to validate it.

i also search and got this page from CIC (google date is 21 November 2019)

they are saying they have an issue with these forms. let me know your thoughts.

We're running into the exact same issue.

We can't seem to figure out why we have no option to sign the 06-2019 version as opposed to the previous version.

hey i actually put an answer on another thread, glad i saw your post.

after this question i called immigration, so here is the answer:

if you're applying for the sponsorship you still use the 2018 version , we first thought they forgot to update, but the fact is that that 2019 version is for another application category. so dont use it pls.

if you follow the checlist, it will still show the 2018 version, which is the right one.

the agent said the 2019 version is for another type of application, (something for schedule background for dependent, something like that)

since im just sponsoring my wife (with no kids) i was told u follow the checklist and use the 2018 version.
