IMM 5669

I was asked to submit IMM 5669 which has to be hand signed to continue my PR application

Now I am confused there is two version on IMM 5669. One is with validate button and one is to hand sign..?

Which one should I use ?

Hi, have you guys really received the mail or email requesting for you to send the IMM 5669? I am the person being sponsored, my husband which is in Canada received a mail stated that a request will be sent to me as well for me to submit IMM 5669, but it has been 5days and I havent received any mail or email,though we have already link our application to CIC Portal.

Same here. And it's impossible to reach CIC. A truly Kafkian process.
