Should both Principal Applicant and Sponsor both fill up one copy each?
Thanks!
This is for the principle applicant, not the sponsor. The sponsor is already PR or Canadian.
There is mention of a "spouse" on the form...this is because this form is not just for family sponsorship. In such cases, the principle applicant may likely have a dependent spouse who is also immigrating.
I do have a suggestion for 5669.
If you feel comfortable about providing the information, fill up the applicant's history all the way to 18-years instead of just 10 years. While some people have no problems, a fair number of people (we included) were asked to re-do the form with history back to 18. If you are asked to re-do, it'll mean a bit more time wasted.
Make sure there are no gaps in the history...if the person is unemployed, just say unemployed for that period of time. If a home-maker, say home-maker. Short vacations are not as crucial...you can mention them if you want to...it's the key activities in life (what jobs, which employers, etc. which give an idea what the applicant is doing).
