IMM 5669 Q10 Government position

Hi everyone! I need your help with regards to question #10 in IMM 5669..
I am currently working under the Government sector in the Philippines as "Customer Assistance, Relations and Empowerment Staff. Do I need to write this in question #10 of IMM 5669? Pls. help me, Im confused to this question.. .thanks
