Here the situation for Outland spousal sponsorship:

I am the husband, Canadian citizen sponsoring my wife (PA) living abroad (North Africa). She has no kids. I have my own kids living in Canada from previous marriage.

My wife is filling the IMM 5562 (actually we’re both working on it trying to figure it out).

1- Part B) does she need to put my travels (the sponsor’s) or they mean in case she was applying for a different type of immigration and she would be in couple out there,
I’ve read in other threads with two different opposite answers. So, it’s confusing.

2- In case my travels needs to go there, what if I don’t recall them all or not sure about the time or miss some ?

3- If it’s more than what the table can take, should she reprint the same form for the rest or just a seperate custom made form to add the rest of the travels will work?

Thanks in advance.

...at the top of the form........

if there is not enough space to provide all the necessary information, use an extra sheet of paper.

Thanks Wakki, I’ve read that thread and many others where they say for example:

« no, for application purposes, your canadian citizen wife is not your "spouse", she is only the sponsor and she does not fill out any applicant forms. these forms are generic for all streams of immigration, so they are not referring to canadian spousal sponsors, they are referring to spouses of applicants applying through another stream (parent, skilled worker, etc). »

Anyway, we decided to put my travels as well, me being the sponsor. I will add a seperate winword sheet as well for extra trips.

Cheers.
