If you can prove presence you will get the PR Card renewal. It will take longer than the standard quoted time. Only issue for you is if you have to travel. If you do not have a visitor visa exempt passport or US visa then you would need to apply for a TD to return to Canada. CIC may have pulled your file for programme integrity or they may have a mismatch with an entry date/s into Canada that gives them a different days count. How many days did you declare? I am a stay at home mom, but my husband has a whole load of stamps due to work. He does, however, have over 1170 days of residence in the last 5 years. He had a passport stolen a few years back from his car, for which we got a Police report and submitted to CIC. Maybe that set off an alarm?Msafiri said:
