There is a section called Maintaining Contact that asks

Has your sponsor visited you during the period of your relationship

How do you and your sponsor communicate when not together.

For us, my sponsor came to live with me in the Philippines. He only came once and stayed.
We are always together

How do we answer that?

And for FINANCIAL SUPPORT
it asks how much and how often

the amount varied, not always the same and not always same time, wasn't regular

what would we write there?

For both, just explain as you did here. Say he came to visit you in the Philippines, and has been staying with you since then. Say the support varies, then show some proof of the amounts.
