IMM 5481

Please help me out. I want to sponsor my wife to canada. I'm having trouble with the form IMM 5481. We have a child together so the child is considered a canadian citizen already. So do I still need to fill out this form? If so how do I go about filling it out? What numbers I need to put in those boxes. Really need help. Please help me out. Thanks.

You haven't provided enough details. Are you a Canadian citizen? Were you a Canadian citizen when the child was born?

So you put 1 on Qno 4,1 on Question 5 A) put 1 if you haven't sponsored anyone before then skip B),Question 6B) put 1 for the one child whose your dependent!Question no 7 put add the numbers which is 3!-Good luck
