IMM 5481 questions.

Hi, i've following questions regarding 5B and 6B of IMM 5481 form as i am sponsoring my husband.

Question 1). I singed undertaking to sponsor my ex-spouse (divorced) 3 years ago and now he has got his PR in Sept 2010. DO i have to include him in 5B i) or 5B ii) in IMM 5481 ?

Question 2). I married again in 2009 and have a baby now (who lives with me in CANADA). I of course write "1" in the box on the right side of 5.A as I undertakes the responsibility to sponsor my new spouse. But in 6.B. do I also count my daughter ? My daughter lives with me in Canada and of course I provides for her. But my husband is the main financer, responsible for our family and still providing money for our needs. How should I state this issue ?

You include your ex-spouse in 5 B (i), as he has already gained his PR.

Your daughter is still to be included in 6B, because she is still financially dependent on you, it doesn't matter who is the primary earner.
