IMM 5406 information affects future PR application? After refusal for visitor visa 3 years ago!

Hi all,

I applied 3 years ago for a visitor visa, I did not care much about IMM 5406 form as I just filled information of the brothers and sisters on the form and I did not attach a separate sheet!
Also my mother's name spelling was wrong by then.

I have no relatives in Canada.

Now I got accepted to one designated organization by IRCC and I am applying for PR now. This form is worrying me especially after getting rejection for visitor visa 3 years ago.
The reason for the rejection back then was: Propose of Visit

So does the new correct and full information on form IMM 5406 will affect my new application for the PR?

I didn’t put 2 siblings on my initial form. When I did PR I corrected everything and gave LOE. I got my PR.
